OVERVIEW 

Located in a quiet coastal neighbourhood in Mallorca’s fashionable Calvia region, this modern villa has everything you need for a supremely relaxing seaside stay. The property scores particularly high for the setting, affording spectacular views over some of the island’s prettiest beaches. Everything about the house is bright and modern, with airy interiors and lots of sunny terraces from where you can gaze over the sapphire water and wild pine forest landscape.

SETTING

Part of the exclusive Sol de Mallorca neighbourhood located in the southwest of the island, this retreat affords stunning views over one of Mallorca’s prettiest stretches of coast. A combination of clear turquoise waters, pine woods and a trio of white-sand beaches make this a particularly serene and scenic spot for your island holiday. You’re also just steps from a small harbour, where you can charter boats to explore along the coast and the luxury marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals. You’re also less than half an hour by road from Mallorca’s historic and buzzing capital. 

SLEEPING

Sleeping up to ten guests, the villa has five sunny bedrooms in all, four with full-length double beds and one with twin beds. Interiors are clean, bright and understated, with big windows in most to take in those lovely vistas. Together with a big walk-in wardrobe, the master suite features a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub where you can soak up the breathtaking views while you soak.  All rooms also come with smart TVs and most have their own bathroom.

RELAXING

Chances are it won’t be long until you’re relaxing in the infinity pool gazing over the wonderful sea views. At eight metres it’s also long enough for a swim and can be heated over the cooler months (for a fee). There are various terraces across several levels, too, so you can always find a quiet corner to unwind in. A Sonos music system also helps set that holiday mood, while plenty of cushioned loungers and a shaded day bed make the perfect spot to enjoy a book, a drink or a siesta.  

EATING 

A bright, modern and fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for yourself a breeze, with the addition of a breakfast corner and a large indoor dining room. Of course, if you want to take it outside, you have a gas barbecue at your disposal together with an outside kitchen and a long dining table perfect for lingering alfresco lunches. For eating out within walking distance, there’s the Ventuno Beach Club at the Playa del Mago and Es Repòs restaurant at Portals Vells beach – but book ahead over the summer months.
