Villa Serenity is located in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in the southeast of Mallorca – Cas Catalá. It’s a peaceful, leafy enclave with winding hillside streets lined with upmarket homes and villas. As well as providing wonderful views, its setting overlooking the southeast coast puts several picturesque coves within easy driving distance.

SLEEPING

The villa provides six bright and stylish bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers – one also adds a deep soaking tub. Some rooms also extend to their own balcony with superb vistas all the way down to the coast. Beds range from king-size to twins, all topped with quality linens.

RELAXING

You’ll find plenty of places to unwind in this villa, both inside and out. A stylish main living area is an open-plan lounge and dining room, complete with cosy corner sofas and real fire. Big glass doors slide open to an outdoor lounge, perfect for sundowners. Head upstairs, and there’s another patio with L-shaped seating, while downstairs is a pool terrace with comfy poolside loungers. One private terrace also boasts an outdoor soaking tub for bathing under the stars.

A sleek kitchen area comes fully equipped with all the latest cooking appliances, including a breakfast bar island with an integrated electric hob. Just adjacent to the kitchen, doors open to an alfresco dining area with views. When you want to eat out, you can find many excellent restaurants within walking distance at the various beach clubs and seafront eateries that line the nearby coast.
