OVERVIEW 

This purpose-built 880-square-metre luxury villa is located in Establiments, a charming semi-urban development set between the island’s capital and the mighty Tramuntana Sierra. Behind its honey-toned facade, a whopping 12 bedrooms are distributed over three floors, so it’s ideal for large groups or several families. 

Sat at the heart of the property is a big sun-filled terrace, swish swimming pool and views over the scenic countryside. Inside, decor is smart and modern throughout, and with plush seating areas, high-end facilities and everything you’ll need for a comfortable and memorable holiday. 

SETTING

While you won’t find a huge amount within strolling distance, jump in the car and some of the island highlights are within a short drive. With its wealth of history to explore, the buzzing centre of Palma is just 10 minutes by road. If you fancy sand between your toes, some of the best south-coast beaches and resorts are 15-20 minutes away. The same distance in the other direction and there are numerous hiking trails and quaint mountain villages.  What’s more, you’re only about 15 minutes’ drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport. 

SLEEPING

Of the dozen bedrooms four have private terrace, four feature bedside bathtubs, and four have a chaise longue.  Terrace rooms are located on the top floor with fabulous views over the campo. All are finished in calming tones with quality amenities that include smart TVs with Netflix. In-room heating and air con makes for year-round comfort. 

RELAXING

You’ll likely be spending most of your time relaxing by the L-shaped saltwater pool, where you can slip into its turquoise water before seeking shade under a teakwood gazebo or Bali bed. There’s a chill-out zone here, too, with sofas and a small bar where you can sip cocktails with sierra vistas. 

There’s a second vintage-style fully-stocked bar inside, too, where you can whip up drinks with an underwater window through to the pool. For those looking to get active, there’s a fully-equipped gym, as well as facilities for cyclists such as secure bike storage and repair workshop.

EATING 

A fully equipped super-modern kitchen is big enough for large groups, with three fridges, oven, ceramic hob cooker, two dishwashers, coffee machines, microwaves, professional toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. There’s a gas barbecue and two fridges poolside, too. 

If you fancy eating out, there are a couple of great local restaurants within strolling distance. Otherwise, the nearby town in Esporles offers some decent dining or your spoilt for choice in the nearby capital.
